Digger Dan & The Dirt Brigade present an evening of cosmic roots jive.

Catch them at The Fairview Pub (898 W Broadway, Vancouver) from 9pm to midnight on Sunday, March 12.

Being the eclectic collective they are, the evening will feature opener Jim Meyer, a virtuoso on the Chapman stick. (Think of crossing a guitar with a bass so you can play rhythm, chords and lead at the same time. . . it’s a beast of an instrument.) The Dirt Brigade will also feature smoldering jazz vocalist Kristina Shelden, twisty sax solos and funky drumming.

Doors open at 8pm, entry $5 at the door.
