Do you remember the 9:30pm curfew whistle that came from the brewery nightly? When you were thirsty for a beer, it was always nice to drink a Labatts product made locally. There's still beer being brewed on Government Street today but unfortunetly the Labatts Brewery building is long gone. Our thanks to Ian Diment for todays picture from 1971 and to B J Garrison who called in from Winnipeg Manitoba to help out with some roster info.
